Overview

“Leading With Empathy” explores the power of empathy and provides practical tips and tools to deal with employees’ anxiety in the workplace.

This program consists of a series of learning experiences for frontline workers, supervisors, and managers to activate and elevate their leadership abilities. The premise of the program is how each participant can create a more empathetic workplace where people feel more valued and inspired to take care of their guests and each other.

This session has been developed with consideration for the skills, attitude, and behaviors most relevant to the post-COVID-19 environment, by focusing on reducing anxiety and creating a positive culture.

This 90- to 120-minute program can be delivered either in person or as virtual, online session. After the session, it includes a 30-minute follow-up coaching call.

Audience

This program is designed for Supervisors and Managers but can also be adjusted and delivered for Senior leaders as well as Frontline Associates.

Outline

  • Leaders will be able to understand the relationship between leading empathetically and employee performance. They will also be able to help themselves as well as their employees leverage their strengths to be happier and more fulfilled in the work environment.
  • Leaders will understand the post COVID19 work environment and will have strategies they can use to reduce stress and inspire their staff.
  • Leaders will become intentional in creating a positive workplace, valuing employees. Guests experience will reap the benefits of the positive environment.
